Feeling Really Good after The Dr.Oz Show
What’s up ? I’m feeling really good about being on Dr.Oz’s Show. I want to thank U all for your Blessings and Support. I must be crazy trying to tackle this during the holidays? But Now is the time. 2010 is around the corner and before you know it will be 2011. As of Tonight I’m 16lbs Lighter then the taping of the show. So I’m on my way. What foods do you guys think I could eat to continue my success? Any suggestions? Leave Your Comments.

Good luck Enuff. You could always drink a full glass of water before you have your meal, so you don’t over eat.
2 yearss ago1ST DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND STAY AWAY FROM BREAD AND EATS GREEN SALAD W/ TURKEY , GRILL CHIKEN…. GOOD LOUCK HOMIE,,,,, I LOST 50 PDS MYSELF IN 8 MTHS
2 yearss agoJust had a doctor’s appointment last week. I’m tackling the weight issue myself. It’s not only about the solid foods you eat, you must look into the liquids that you intake along with the amount of calories per serving. Sodas, milkshakes, and juice drinks are high in calories (Empty Calories) and low in nutrients. Be sure to drink 100%Juices and plenty of water. Clear liquids are highly recommended… such as Cranberry juice and Apple juice. No more Sodas E! It is helping me so far. Congrats on the 16lbs off. Keep it up.
